1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, or by booking fence installation, fence repair, or lawn maintenance services with Alex's Fences & Lawn Services (“we”, “our”, “the Contractor”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates provided by Alejandro Arreola are complimentary and without obligation. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance due to potential market fluctuations in lumber (cedar, pressure-treated pine) and steel costs. Any changes or additions to the scope of work requested after project commencement will be agreed upon in writing or mutual verbal consent before additional labor or materials are supplied.
3. Property Lines, Utilities & Access
The homeowner is responsible for identifying verified property boundary lines. Prior to deep post digging or augering, Texas811 utility locating will be coordinated where appropriate. Property owners agree to provide safe and unhindered access to the perimeter work areas, keep domestic pets safely indoors during work hours, and ensure sprinkler systems are deactivated in the immediate dig zone.
4. Payment & Satisfaction Guarantee
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project and joint inspection between the homeowner and Alejandro Arreola. We accept cash, valid personal or company checks, Zelle, and major digital payment options. We stand behind our 20-year reputation and provide craftsmanship assurances on fence structural integrity and post stability.
5. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on this website, including business logos, project photographs, text descriptions, and interactive demonstrations, is the property of Alex's Fences & Lawn Services and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unlicensed reproduction or duplication is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Johnson County or Tarrant County, Texas.
